My name is Momsio Lee, and I'm the creator behind Community Connections.

This space was born from a simple but powerful idea: that every journey—every experience, every twist in life's road—holds wisdom worth sharing. Much like the vast, open landscapes and quiet resilience of Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree, this blog is a sanctuary for openness. The desert's raw beauty and powerful stillness serve as a daily reminder of the transformative power of vulnerability and reflection.

I created Community Connections as a place for us to openly discuss and share the events, insights, and emotions that shape our lives. It's an invitation to connect, be seen, and find common ground in the shared complexity of the human experience :)

My Story: Finding Connection in the Chaos

So, who is the voice behind these words? I'm currently navigating life as a 29-year-old who leveled up to first-time Mom about 4 years ago. If you're picturing a serene existence, think again! I'm a working mom balancing two remote jobs while constantly hustling on the side. When I'm not writing, working, or chasing a toddler, I'm a devoted caregiver to my father, ensuring our family is taken care of from every angle.

My life is a beautiful tangle of roles: a devoted partner, a supportive daughter, sister, and friend, and a proud Dog Mom to my furry companion. I'm also the hesitant-but-excited host of a new venture—a first-time podcaster! I'd love for you to check out the links in our social media section to connect and listen in.

I'm currently on a slight pause from being a fifth-time college student—a testament to my belief that you never stop learning, even if life occasionally requires a detour.

At my core, I'm a simple individual aiming for an authentic life. This blog is my way of sharing the honest ups and downs of my journey so far.
